Booking & Cancellation Policy


A 50% deposit is required to confirm booking. Final payment can be made on arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and JCB credit cards. A 5% processing fee will be added to invoices paid by credit card.

All cancellations must be received in writing, fax, or email is acceptable. In the event there is a cancellation within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund. Refunds are subject to bank fees and credit card fee adjustments.

Unused Services

We highly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering total cost of trip as in most cases refunds are not given due to late arrival, premature departure, or otherwise unused services, including those related to weather or aircraft timetable and delays.


Prices are in FJD. All prices are subject to change until paid in full in the event of currency exchange fluctuation, tax increase or other costs beyond our control.


We try our best to be flexible with check-in and check-out times based on incoming flight schedules and we are happy to store luggage if guests need to check out or if room is not ready upon arrival.

Guest Responsibilities

Aroha Taveuni will not accept any responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal equipment or property while staying on the property or during participation in any activity.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions goes into effect upon booking with Aroha Taveuni.
