Booking & Cancellation Policy

Payments

Full payment is required upon arrival, and we accept Visa, Mastercard, Diners & AMEX credit cards. Please note that a 4% merchant fee will be added to all credit card payments. Credit card details are required to secure your booking.

Alternatively, direct transfer payments can be arranged before arrival by sending requests to [email protected].

Cancellations

To cancel, please send a written notification via email. Please be aware that cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full amount.

Unused Services

We highly recommend that clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering total cost of trip as in most cases refunds are not given due to late arrival, premature departure, or otherwise unused services, including those related to weather or aircraft timetable and delays.

Rates

Prices are in FJD. All prices are subject to change until paid in full in the event of currency exchange fluctuation, tax increase or other costs beyond our control.

Check-in/Check-out

We try our best to be flexible with check-in and check-out times based on incoming flight schedules and we are happy to store luggage if guests need to check out or if room is not ready upon arrival.

Guest Responsibilities

Aroha Taveuni will not accept any responsibility for any personal injury, loss or damage to personal equipment or property while staying on the property or during participation in any activity.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions goes into effect upon booking with Aroha Taveuni.
